Dr. Michael A. Miyasaki is a 1987 graduate of the University of the Southern California School of Dentistry, and maintains a practice in Sacramento, CA, focusing on comprehensive, minimally-invasive aesthetic restorative dentistry and function. He has been involved in dental education for over 22 years, 13 of which he was involved in live-patient treatment programs internationally giving him a unique perspective on the challenges of the dental professional. He teaching has been on diverse topics from aesthetics, restorative dentistry, CAD/CAM dentistry, occlusion with the use of Bioelectric Diagnostic equipment, lasers and other technologies. He has served as the Editor-in-Chief of Dental Shopper Magazine, worked with many dental manufacturers and laboratories on product research and advanced protocols, continues to lecture and publish articles internationally, founded the educational company Principle-based Dentistry, International, has served as the Vice-President of Professional Relations and Advanced Education for Discus Dental, and today serves as a Clinical Advisor consulting with numerous companies. These experiences have given Dr. Miyasaki a very unique perspective on the dental industry globally. His primary focus today is to bring information to doctors and their teams so that they can enjoy providing high quality, and predictable treatment experiences for their patients, thereby, enhancing their practices’ success.
