Case Participation Program

Through the AACD Case Participation Program, AACD member dentists, laboratory technicians, and examiners can meet here to discuss their cases and help each other through the Accreditation program.

The first step is printing off the appropriate form for your membership type, signing it, and returning it to the AACD Executive Office via e-mail or fax at (608) 222-9540. After we receive your signed form, your name will be added under your membership category on this page.
