What is included with the Booth Space?
The booth includes:
- 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side rails
- sign indicating the name of the exhibiting company
- company listing of products/services in the official Program Book,
provided the contract is received prior to printing
- pre and post meeting attendee list
- company name on AACD Web site
- link to your web site from the AACD Web site
- 4 complimentary tickets to the Opening Reception
- lunch in the exhibit hall during the show dates
What happens if I fail to pay my balance by January 31, 2007?
Failure to make final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of space without refund. However, you may make payment arrangements with us in writing before the January 31 deadline date.
How can I be sure I receive the booth assignment I have requested?
Assignments of exhibit space shall take into account the number of points earned with AACD, continuous years a company has exhibited and advertised with AACD and when the contract is received.
May exhibitors attend scientific programs?
AACD Scientific Session Exhibitors shall be entitled to receive one pass to attend clinical education courses, on a space-available basis, per exhibit booth rented. The pass(es) may only be used by the exhibiting company principles or by full-time employees of the company. To obtain the passes, the exhibiting company must submit the name(s) of the person(s) who will use the pass(es) to the AACD office no later than three weeks prior to the start of the conference. The request for the pass(es) must state that the person(s) using the pass are full-time employees or principals of the exhibiting company.
May I carry my booth onto the exhibit floor?
Exhibitors are permitted to move material that can be hand-carried by one person without the use of dollies, hand trucks or other mechanical equipment.
